It might seem obvious but it's shocking how many projects start as quick requests but end up as medium sized projects that lack clear direction, documentation, or thought. ⭐Written briefs for medium to large projects and initiatives. ✅ People have more time to process their thoughts ✅ Writing down your thoughts = Better understanding of your line of thinking This can be reversed if we operationalize the flow of information - which is best achieved by implementing a culture of writing and reading.
